The NDIA requires Functional Capacity Assessments from time to time to help assess an NDIS participant or applicant to determine the areas where they need support, recommend the amount of support required, as well as identify adequate, reasonable and necessary funding to help them achieve their goals. This will include an initial assessment component with clients, their families, and discussions with any other relevant parties to gather supporting evidence.

We will compile a detailed report that can be submitted to the NDIA for consideration. Please allow a few weeks for our therapists to prepare this report for you.
